Team Hub
The Team Hub is the single place to manage everyone collaborating with you on EvidAI. It replaces the older single-user mental model with a real, role-aware workspace shared across your organization.
How to open Team Hub
- Sidebar → Team Hub (top-level entry).
- Direct URL:
/team-hub.
The page loads live data for your organization — every member, their role, their last activity, and the reviews they are currently assigned to.
What you can do here
Invite a teammate
- Click Invite member in the top-right.
- Enter the email address.
- Pick a role (Owner, Admin, Reviewer, Auditor — see the Member Roles & Permissions article for the full matrix).
- Optional: leave a short note explaining what they will be working on.
- Click Send invitation.
The teammate receives an email with a sign-in link. Until they accept, the invitation shows as Pending in the member list.
See who is on your team
The member table shows:
- Display name and email
- Role badge
- Status (active / pending / removed)
- Last activity timestamp
- Number of reviews currently assigned
You can sort or filter by role and status, and search by name or email.
Change a teammate's role
- Find the teammate row.
- Click the role badge.
- Pick a new role from the menu.
Role changes take effect immediately and are recorded in the activity log so you can always answer the question "who promoted whom, and when?".
Remove a teammate
Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Their previous contributions (screening decisions, extracted fields, comments, audit events) are preserved — only their ability to sign in to your workspace is removed.
Plan limits and seat usage
Every plan has a maximum number of seats. Team Hub shows your current usage at the top of the page (e.g. "7 of 10 seats used"). When you reach 80% of your seat limit, the invite dialog displays a soft warning so you have time to plan an upgrade. When you hit the limit, the next invitation is blocked with a clear message asking you to upgrade or remove an inactive member.
Detailed seat-usage breakdown — including who is taking each seat and who has been inactive longest — lives in the Seat Usage & Plan Limits article in this category.
Notifications
Team Hub also surfaces a small bell counter for unread team notifications (review assignments, comment mentions, phase locks, bundle exports). Clicking the bell opens the notifications panel — see the Notifications article for the full event list.
Sync across the platform
Team Hub is the source of truth. Anywhere else in EvidAI that talks about "your team" — the assignment picker on a review, the audit page filter, the seat tile on the Enterprise Command Center — pulls from the same data, in real time. Changes made in Team Hub are visible everywhere within seconds.
Best practices
- Invite by role, not by name. Assign Reviewer to people who will screen and extract; assign Auditor to people who will only verify the chain. This keeps blast radius small and audit logs interpretable.
- Remove inactive members quickly. Inactive seats still count against your plan. Removing them frees a seat without losing any of their historic work.
- Use the activity column to spot bottlenecks. If three reviewers are assigned to the same screening phase but only one has activity in the last week, you know where to nudge.
